With a surprising 100% success rate, five lucky ladies won a wee festive hamper to truly wind out the season with a few final treats!
Lunch was a traditional celebration of the land and sea, nurture for the body and soul. Handmade mini pastries from the AJLA kitchen closed out the service on a tasty high!
“Little Christmas, also known as Old Christmas, is one of the traditional names for 6 January, which is also known more widely as the Feast of the Epiphany, celebrated after the conclusion of the twelve days of Christmas. In Ireland it has become a day to celebrate the end of a busy season for the ladies of the house!”
