Head Chef Judy Forde



Judy Forde, head chef, has a natural flare and talent for food and flavour. Winner of student chef of the year during her training she quickly set challenges and high standards for herself.

Having worked in Ireland, London and Canada she has embraced every opportunity to learn and experiment with food.

AJLA is an exciting project for Judy, her love of food is matched with the importance of the sharing time with family and friends. Her vision for AJLA is for an escape where friends savour time with decadent food and wine.
